Program Details
1. Agents are sent information about our homes pre-renovation (and pre-MLS) as these properties become available.
2. If an offer is received before the property is listed in MLS, the agent will receive a $1,000.00 BONUS in addition to the regular commission.
3. Depending on the stage of the renovation, the buyers may be able to choose finishes, making the home truly their own! Most of the time, special incentives are offered to the buyers as well. Check with us for specifics.
